Job Title: HR Recruiter

Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the company. This includes developing and executing recruiting strategies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. The HR Recruiter also works closely with hiring managers to ensure that the company's hiring needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews.
- Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and track the progress of open positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
