Job Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Wealth Advisory Administrator. The Wealth Advisory Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of our wealth management practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Record Keeping
- Assist in the the paperwork related activites of internal and external form filling.
- Accurately enter and maintain client information, investment holdings, and transaction records in the firm's CRM system or database.
- Ensure data integrity and completeness by regularly reviewing and updating client profiles and financial information.
2. Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the firm's operations.
- Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- 1-2 years experiences in local banking industry preferred.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Mandrain fluently.
Domain Skills:
- Ability to use Microsoft tools such as Excel, Words etc confidently.
- Demonstrate interest in financial, global and capital markets.
Soft Skills:
- Highly detailed oriented.
- Demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client service through professional excellence, the highest ethical standards, and effective use of available resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships with strong adaptability to a dynamic environment.
