Job Description:
- Able to manage public relation issues and general project enquiries with residents effectively.
- Handling feedback / complaints of the residents, arranging for works to be carried out within flats.
- Perform any clerical duties assigned by immediate superior.
- Ensure good rapport and maintaining positive relations with residents.
- Attend and provide administrative assistance in construction working committee meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level.
- Minimum 2-years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and friendly disposition.
- Candidates with HDB HIP experience would be an added advantages.
- Alternate full Saturday.
