We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Attributes/Responsibilities:
- Preferably, 2-4 years of relevant working experience in Procurement in the Biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry with cGMP is desirable.
- Provide Support and execution of end-to-end Contracts Management process for Site CAPEX.
- Assist in generating SAP spend or invoicing data, and perform data analysis, for CAPEX as and when requested. Identify potential gaps/opportunities in Contracts Management; propose, participate and support work improvement/savings initiatives.
- Manage Supplier Relationship Management Program for capex service providers, and maintain successful Supplier relationships and assist in resolving any Supplier related issues.
- Working experiences in contracts management, procurement, sourcing for capex project services eg. Architectural Engineering, QP, CSA, E&I etc. be an added advantage.
