Monthly Basic Salary: S$4,000 to S$7,000
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Delivery: You will be responsible for supporting product projects, including planning, implementation, and writing cutover plans, test reports, and completion documents. Later, you will manage operation and maintenance services.
- Technical Training and Support: You will provide remote and on-site technical support and professional technical training to customers and partners.
- Pre-sales Testing: You will conduct pre-sales testing of products and solutions according to customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Maintenance: You will communicate and coordinate with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, communications, or related majors, with more than 3 years of experience in data communications technology.
- Familiar with mainstream products, including routing and switching, security, wireless, SDN, cloud computing, and other fields.
- Proficient in basic theoretical knowledge of data communications, such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, etc. Applicants with experience in SDN and cloud network integration projects will be preferred.
- Ability to plan industry network architecture and solutions. Applicants with HCIE/CCIE/PMP certificates are preferred, or equivalent technical capabilities.
- High sense of responsibility and service awareness, excellent project management, communication and coordination skills, and the ability to withstand greater work pressure.
