Position Overview
The Service Technician holds a key role in ensuring company’s products are tested in compliance to standard. He will be responsible for managing product issues and providing assistance to project sites.sible for managing product issues and providing assistance to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate testing of products in compliance with Singapore Standards.
- Conduct on-site / off-site installation/technical training.
- Assist and resolve issues on-site and at test laboratory.
- Timely documentation of servicing, claims and project updates to respective colleagues.
Requirements
- Experienced in sanitary & fittings industry preferred but those with other building materials will be considered, as training will be provided.
- Resourceful and good interpersonal skill with contractors at project construction sites.
- Possess Class 3 license.
- Team Player and handles situation timely and orderly.
- Possess own vehicle (Motorcar/ Motorcycle) will be advantage
