Job Summary:

- 5 days, 9am – 6pm
- Location: Raffles
- 1 year contract (renewable depends on headcount & performance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the team in the implementation and communication of the compensation philosophy, policies and programmes across the Group
- Support the team in the preparation of materials required for contracting and onboarding of new vendor.
- Support the team in the implementation of compensation and global mobility modules via new core hr system
- Support Share Plan Administration for ESOS and DSP
- Support the team in other compensation/global mobility initiatives and projects as and when required.
Requirements:
- Possess skills in Pivot Table and VLOOKUP
- Experience in compensation & benefits operations
