Responsibility:
- Ensure shift is run smoothly
- Attend walk in customers
- Take reservations
- Host customers to their designated area / table
- Upsell drinks / food and share current promotions
- Ensure service delivery is seamless and smooth
- Coordinate F&B Service and delivery food and drinks
- Maintain quality standards for food & Kitchen Duties
- Manage and communicate with diverse work team
- Ensure adherence to Food hygiene and outlet cleanliness
- Guide and train junior staff
- Clean up and ensure area is cleaned and hygienic upon customers' departure
Requirements
- Min N level with at least 1 year of F&B experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to communicate to mandarin speaking customers
- Willing to work on late night shift, weekends & public holidays
