SSOC code and description – Supervisor / General Foreman (Building and related trades)
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Carry out project site supervision.
· Assist Project Manager/Engineer on site.
· Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, specifications and all authorities regulations.
· Daily updates of work progress to Project Manager/Engineer.
· A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.
· Assist in handling and receiving of materials & equipment on site.
· Arrange and plan workers working schedule weekly / monthly.
· Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.
Requirements:
· Min 1-2 years working experience in construction site supervisor.
· Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or relevant.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
· Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
· Experience in a leadership role recommended.
