Project Management Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Review project proposals or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
2. Allocate resources and confer with project, service, operations, sales & finance staff to outline project schedule and assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority.
3. Ensure the company’s and project related Quality Assurance objectives are met.
4. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring contingency plans are in place to address potential issues.
5. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of any issues that arise.
7. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and closing reports.
8. Continuously improve project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
9. Meet the travel request about 50%

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree，Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
2. Proficient in project management tools and techniques
3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams effectively.
4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with a focus on quality and results.
