Assistant Executive - Finance

The Assistant Executive/Executive will manage and provide support for Finance-related matters, including operations and administrative support to deliver the required services to the healthcare team and clients of Senior Care and Active Aging centres.


You will be located at Bukit Batok Care Home.


FINANCE FUNCTIONS


· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts receivable function, including prompt issuance of billing, keying of receipts and deposit refund for discharged clients.

· Track and monitor receipts from clients or sponsors to ensure timely follow up and proper documentation on outstanding receivables through issuance of statement of accounts, follow-up calls and other necessary actions as guided by supervisors to recover debts.

· Prepare Monthly Billing Approval report for submission to Centre Manager and Assistant Finance Manager for approval.

· Responsible for timely and accurate month-end closing.

· Responsible for timely and accurate submission of subvention claims to MOH and other applicable grants with other agencies.

· Ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures in carry out the duties and responsibilities

· Provide support for audit request.

· Perform other ad hoc assignments as and when assigned.


CENTRE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS


· To support Senior Care and Active Aging Centre operations in ensuring smooth running of the centre, such as

· To monitor Centre Budget and collate & submit claims to HQ in a timely manner

· To verify accounting details for purchases required in the centre

· Be integrated as part of the SCC team and work towards being part of a cohesive and engaging team

· Any other ad-hoc Centre-related duties as assigned by supervisors


Educational Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent

· At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Finance role, preferably within a senior care centre/ nursing home/ healthcare facility

· Meticulous with an eye for detail, good analytical skills

· Able to work under pressure/tight timelines

· Good written and spoken communication skill
