JOB DESCRIPTION
· Participate in training sessions, workshops, and seminars to acquire knowledge and skills in wealth management
· Study financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations to stay informed and up-to-date
· Shadow experienced wealth managers and financial advisors to observe client interactions and wealth management strategies
· Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and support
· Communicate with clients to understand their financial goals, objectives, and risk tolerance
· Collaborate with wealth managers to develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies for clients
· Analyze clients' financial situations, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
· Assist in preparing financial reports, projections, and analyses to support decision-making
· Learn to assess investment opportunities and recommend suitable investment options based on clients' objectives and risk profiles
· Learn about company’s products, estate planning, and tax strategies to help clients preserve and grow their wealth
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Diploma and above
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail
