Job Description:
· Attend to invited guests and visitors
· Provide admin support
· Scheduling and coordinating daily activities
· Documents Controlling and Filling
· Responsible for purchase requisitions, office equipment, stationary
· Liaising with department heads
· Coordinate and Liaise with internal and external personnel when needed
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level qualifications
· Good writing and communication skills
· At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
· Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
