Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Engagement Planning: Develop unique and innovative social media engagement strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
• Content Ideation and Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and produce engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
• Community Management: Monitor and engage with online communities, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand advocacy.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize engagement strategies continuously.
• Trend Forecasting: Stay ahead of social media trends and industry developments to inform strategy and creative direction.
• Client Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and insights to enhance their social media presence and drive business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing, communication or related fields.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing or preferrably, Digital Marketing with a focus on strategy development.
- Proficiency in utilising various digital marketing tools and platforms, including analytics tools, social media management tools, and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese; to liaise with Mandarin-speakingcounterparts and produce works in Chinese.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Resourceful and independent with minimal supervision.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on marketing data effectively.
