Responsibilities
- Take accountability for securing course funding, overseeing accreditations, and managing certification audits.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate, current records of training materials, curriculum, guidelines, and policies.
- Coordinate and oversee the responsibilities of course coordinators and internal trainers.
- Supervise operations personnel to guarantee the smooth and efficient functioning of training facilities and equipment.
- Collect and analyze course feedback systematically.
- Proactively suggest adjustments or updates to training materials and content based on feedback from both learners and trainers.
- Monitor the performance of assistant trainers to uphold the quality of training delivery.
Requirements
- A Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills
- Familiarity with TPGateway and Skilleto platform are preferred
- IT savy and proficient in MS office applications.
