Job Description:
- Provide IT technical support
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and part replacement of IT equipment (servers, storage , desktops, laptop, etc.)
- IT relocation handling
- Win 10 deployment services
- PC and notebook deployment services,, imaging , cloning , on-site set up, etc.
- Internal IT support , to all internal users
- Able to do 24x7 standby on rotary basis
Qualification & General Requirement:
- 2 years related experience preferred
- Able to work with 24x7 standby on rotary basis
- Class 3 driving license preferred ( company van will be provided when need to travel to customers’ place), will be claimable if required to take public transport
- Handphone allowance to be provided
- Start work: preferably ASAP
