Responsibilities:
- Utilise POS system to place orders accurately and serving orders to customer’s table.
- Confidently present menu to customers and provide adequate suggestions and upsell food beverage options.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness to uphold sanitation and presentation standards.
- Fulfil any other assigned tasks related to service and cleaning as directed by management.
Requirement:
- Good communication skills, can converse in English and Mandarin.
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Good understanding of health, safety and food hygiene practices.
- Candidate with experience as Service Crew is a plus, not a must. Training will be provided.
- Able to maintain a high level of discipline and punctuality.
- Team player.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
Working days: 5 days/week
AL: 10 days
