Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage full sets of financial accounts.
- Review daily accounts payable transactions.
- Review payment transactions for accuracy.
- Manage monthly intercompany transactions effectively.
- Record necessary journal entries accurately and timely.
- Prepare quarterly GST returns.
- Provide supervision and guidance to the finance assistant.
- Prepare audit schedules and support for the annual statutory audit and corporate tax procedures.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax agents to address queries related to tax and audit matters.
- Support communication with the corporate secretary and handle ad-hoc reporting duties.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
- Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience with full set & management reporting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently.
- Positive, organized, proactive, meticulous, and good time management.
- Strong sense of task ownership
