- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and drawings and ensure proper tracking, duplication and distribution to appropriate parties in accordance with established procedures
- Assist the project team to control incoming and outgoing project records in accordance with established procedures
- Facilitate timely document review, approval and documentationontrol all aspects of documentation throughout the project’s duration
- Assist the project team by co-ordinating document status and distribution
- Audit documents to ensure project files are kept up to date and ensuring the project team members are adopting the documentation protocols
- Provide support for the Change Control and Document Control processes for the project
- File and archive documentation to facilitate easy retrieval
- Assist completion of requests, searches and queries from any project member
- Prepare and handover all final as-built documentation
- Any other duties to be assigned as and when required
Requirements:
- At least an “O” levels with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in document management.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken
- Has good document control & administrative skills.
- Knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred but not necessary
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and file management systems.
