Working Hours: Mon-Fri (8:30am-6pm)
Salary range: $4500 - $5000
Responsibilities:
- Review, develop and continuously update IT/Engineering curriculum design to incorporate technology and relevant learning tools.
- Develop, conceptualize, and edit storyboard that will be translated into finished interactive content or training material.
- Design, develop and update e-learning content.
- Develop courseware testing and evaluate courseware based on the approved storyboard.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Schedules staff to attend training.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Technology, Computer Engineering, or related qualifications
- At least 2 – 5 years working experience in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Content Development and Training practices.
- Possess an Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment or Diploma in Adult Continuation Education (DACE), equivalent or higher qualification from Institute of Higher Learning such as NIE Post-graduate qualification in Education or Instructional Design will be advantageous.
- Working knowledge with Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML 5 and rapid content creation tools will be advantageous.
- Experience in Security Systems Product (CCTVs, Card Access)
- Candidate should have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.
