Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development and review of course and assessment materials
  • To assist the Academic Head to plan the College's academic calendar, course schedule, and module timetables.
  • To assist in the planning and implementing holistic programmes for students.
  • To ensure the collection of feedback and data through -module surveys, annual satisfaction surveys and graduate employment surveys.
  • To monitor and track key performance indicators, student and graduate outcomes.
  • To ensure compliance with Policy & Ops Manual, Edutrust and ERF requirements.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Familiarity with EduTrust certification preferred
  • IT savy and proficient in MS office applications.
