Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development and review of course and assessment materials
- To assist the Academic Head to plan the College's academic calendar, course schedule, and module timetables.
- To assist in the planning and implementing holistic programmes for students.
- To ensure the collection of feedback and data through -module surveys, annual satisfaction surveys and graduate employment surveys.
- To monitor and track key performance indicators, student and graduate outcomes.
- To ensure compliance with Policy & Ops Manual, Edutrust and ERF requirements.
Requirements
- A Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills
- Familiarity with EduTrust certification preferred
- IT savy and proficient in MS office applications.
