Job Description: As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting our immigration and education services to prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients to understand their immigration or educational needs and aspirations
- Providing comprehensive consultations and personalized recommendations tailored to each client's situation
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support
- Keeping abreast of immigration policies, educational programs, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Representing the company at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote our services
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with proficiency in Cantonese highly preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or service-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Knowledge of immigration procedures and educational opportunities in Singapore is an advantage
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
