- Oversee strategic internal and external communications efforts, utilizing various channels such as social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
- Spearhead Public Relation campaigns to bolster major campaign launches
- Collaborating with internal departments (Commercial, Operations, E-commerce, etc.) to meet campaign objectives effectively.
- Handle media inquiries, collaborating with relevant internal teams to formulate responses and develop key messaging.
- Utilize consumer insights to gain a deeper understanding of consumer behavior and perceptions, enabling the development of tailored marketing communication strategies that drive business growth.
- Work closely with external agencies, when necessary, to achieve business and campaign objectives
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to ensure the delivery of a favorable return
- Engage in collaborative efforts with strategic suppliers for joint marketing initiatives.
- Maintain oversight of marketing budgets and track expenditures.
- Assist in conceptualizing, developing, and executing communication strategies
- Drive marketing communications for Own Brand launches to fulfill growth targets.
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of launch campaigns.
- Act as the primary CSR advocate, reinforcing the company's CSR agenda.
- Support and facilitate all CSR-related activities, initiatives, and campaigns.
- Manage relationships with NGOs and serve as the primary contact for CSR opportunities.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Mass Communications, Business, or Marketing.
- Prior experience in Retail/FMCG is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in Public Relations and Brand Communications in Singapore.
