Location: Paya Lebar
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for processing orders and invoicing for Singapore local distribution
· Liaising with Customers on orders and order confirmations if required
· Ensure Purchase Order (PO) prices and quantity tally with processed orders
· Responsible for liaising with the various internal departments with regards to order management processes when required
· Responsible for maintaining/updating information in the database which are required for processing
· Provide administrative support and cover duties within Operations department as assigned
· Assist Operations department in performing month end closing
· Manage issues and complaints, consider appropriate solutions and options
· Provide administrative support and cover duties within internal departments as assigned
· Comply with company procedures, guidelines and policies
· All other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma in any field with min. 3 years of customer service experience in a product distribution environment
