Job Scope
- Support business activities and processes of the sales Operations team.
- Conduct data analysis, reconcile multiple data sources, and monitor growth expectation for key customers based on application assumptions in forecast and market trends.
- Execute and organize customer database. Maintain process and data integrity.
- Coordinate with sales and manufacturing sites for new customer set up.
- Conduct research and perform competitive analysis by leveraging publicly available information.
- Coordinate and facilitate sales execution of business initiatives, and collaborate efficiently with cross functional teams.
- Review sales forecast and revenue report process, work with System team to define and automate the system reports, templates, and dashboard
- Execute ad-hoc analysis to support sales management’s decision-making process.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales operations and business analysis in the electronics, semiconductor, or semiconductor assembly and test industry preferred.
- Solid understanding in the manufacturing process, package types, tester types, technology evolution of semiconductor assembly and test service preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with productivity software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
