HR Duties & Responsibilities
Successful and timely recruitment of staff according to the procedure and smooth onboarding into the organisation.
· Managing employee life-cycle – Employment contracts, probation evaluation, confirmation, Appraisals and Exits.
· Be the single point of contact for all HR matters.
· Resolving grievances and complaints following School policies and procedures.
· Effective coordination of performance management cycle, accurate delivery and administration of salary review
· Taking ownership in implementation and execution of HRMS across Singapore Campus.
· Preparing Annual engagement Calendar and organising events for staff.
· Identification of Training needs for the staff and roll out Training plan as per Budget.
· Keeping track of staff leave / Attendance and providing inputs for payroll to finance Department.
· Ensuring adherence to MOM Singapore Employment Act guidelines .
Other HR Support
· Timely delivery of HR statistics/projects as requested by Mumbai office.
· Maintaining Employees files and other critical HR records.
· Providing inputs for quarterly Newsletter.
