Responsibilities:
- Handle all correspondence related to the common property on behalf of Town Council, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
- Maintain and manage comprehensive records and files, including correspondence, documents, architectural drawings, and materials related to the town council's activities.
- Keep an up-to-date register of the particulars of property owners and tenants within the Ang Mo Kio community.
- Assist in the procurement and management of insurance policies such as fire, public liability, work injury compensation, and other relevant insurances, following the directives of the Town Council.
- Notify the Town Council of any notices received from governmental bodies or individuals and to provide copies when required.
- Oversee and regulate the usage of common property and recreational facilities, granting approvals for use in line with the Town Council's policies.
- Issue notices to property owners, tenants, or individuals for compliance with or rectification of breaches in the Town Council's bylaws.
- Facilitate applications and liaise with Government Departments and authorities on matters requiring official approval or intervention.
- Manage applications for permits, waivers, and handle appeals, ensuring they align with the council’s guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level in any field with 1 year of administrative support experience
- Has an eye for detail and possess a dynamic, committed attitude with strong sense of initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working hours : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am to 12pm (5.25 days work week)
