Job Scope
- Application, renewal, cancellation of work passes, processing PRC/NTS and work permits.
- Develop and manage HR policies and procedures in accordance with company regulations and local regulatory compliance.
- Assist with office administrative task
- Prepare and process documentation to facilitate incoming and outgoing shipments and projects.
- Support and coordinate with English and Chinese speaking staff, suppliers, and customers
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
- Preferably in Manufacturing background.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English as well as Mandarin.
- Computer literate and Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
