Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and taking proactive steps for effective account management.
- Build good rapport with customers and relevant departments.
- Assist in the bidding process to secure successful RFQ outcomes with clients and offer guidance to departments on revenue maximisation within the business strategy.
- Global coordination across different countries, leading business reviews to meet KPIs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take a proactive approach to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance to the global operations team.
- Escalate and resolve customer concerns within specified timelines.
- Participate in various customer-related activities such as sales, customer service, billing, legal matters, operations, and pricing.
- Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and share best practices with team members.
- Identify vendors for cost reduction initiatives and provide operational advice to meet customer needs.
- Support the strategy team in organizing internal meetings and conferences related to the freight forwarding customer base.
Requirements:
- Min. 1-2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics is a must.
- GCE 'O' Level and above
- Possess good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Highly adaptable and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
