Key Responsibilities:
- Product Promotion: Actively promote our craft-making products to the public, highlighting features and benefits to spark interest.
- Workshop Promotion: Engage with the public to promote our upcoming workshops, providing details about the content, benefits, and registration process.
- Registration Management: Process workshop registrations on-site, ensuring a smooth sign-up experience for interested participants.
- Product Education: Educate customers on how to use our craft products effectively, demonstrating techniques and offering helpful tips.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share basic knowledge about the crafts we offer, including materials, processes, and creative possibilities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and approachable demeanor
- An interest in crafts and hands-on activities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in promotion or sales is beneficial but not mandatory
- Able to commit booth hours 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
- Able to commit a minimum of 3 full days (including public holidays/weekend)
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully promote our products and workshops.
