Provide administrative support to the Business Manager including but not limited to:
- General office and administrative duties including attending to guests and incoming calls.
- Support in company activities/events staff or clients (e.g welfare activities for staff and gifts preparation for clients etc).
- Responsible in sourcing and procuring of office or event supplies.
- Support Operations team on onboarding process - Kyc document, checks etc
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma and above in any field
- At least 2 years relevant experience in administration works.
- Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeMeticulous and organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to uphold a high-level of professional discretion
- 1 year contract role, subject to renewal
