Role Description:
As a HiPPOprop Business Unit Manager for either the Buyer Team or Seller Team, you are effectively the “general manager” of that business unit. From monitoring the sales pipeline and lead conversion to developing new business opportunity with industry partners; working with media and marketing team in support of lead generation exercise to ironing out daily operations matters, you are the key personnel to ensure the business growth and profitability of that unit. You are a motivated leader who thrives on creating and sustaining a climate of collaborative team work and achieving financial objective.
Job Scope
- Develop business strategy in tandem with company’s objective
- Strategize and execute go-to-market plans
- Map out the market segmentation and identifying the segments of interest.
- Work with Marketing and Media team to create leads generating content targeted at the intended market segment
- Monitor your teams’ leads conversion rate and leverage on learnings to improve the next conversion.
- Manage sales pipeline with Accounts Servicing Managers and Resident Agents.
- Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales
- Collaborate with IT Team to develop tools to make the sales team more efficient
- Work with Operations Team to ensure the backend support is effective and supportive
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in a business management position
- Experience in developing business strategy
- Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes
- Superior leadership skills, with focus on employee coaching and development
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends
Education:
Tertiary education in any field of study
