JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the monthly group consolidation and liaising with oversea subsidiaries finance team.
- Responsible for the full set account of Singapore entities within Hotel Royal Limited Group, including preparation of draft financial statements for statutory audit.
- Responsible for overall accounting, financial and management reporting.
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, providing guidance to the account executive and account assistants.
- Liaising with internal and external auditor, tax agent and relevant government bodies, if any.
- Preparing quarterly financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Development of parameters and setting of chart of accounts, controls, input and output documents, monitoring etc. within Singapore entities.
- All other duties as assigned by the Management.
EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
- Possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent a full certificate in ACCA Accounting qualification certified by Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
- Possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experiences in the same capacity and preferably from the hospitality industry.
- Well-versed on Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Accpac accounting systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and provide guidance to team members.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Able to lead a team and work independently.
