Our client, a chained Retail MNC is looking for Management Trainee to join them. Selected applicant will get to experience both Retail and Office duties roles to learn to lead and manage a team and operations.
At the end of the program, the trainee will be rewarded at least a Supervisory role (or managerial position) depending on the performance of the program.
Responsibilities:
- Rotate through various departments within our retail stores to gain a deep understanding of our products, customer base, and operational processes.
- Assist in day-to-day retail activities, including customer service, sales, inventory management, cashiering and merchandising.
- Participate in office-based tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and administrative duties to develop business acumen and organizational skills.
- Collaborate with supervisors and mentors to set performance goals and track progress throughout the program.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to qualify for advancement opportunities.
- Upon successful completion of the program, transition into a supervisory or management role based on performance and organizational needs.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the retail industry.
Salary: Up to $3000
Location: Islandwide (Will try to place candidate in a store near home)
Working Day: 5 Days work week from Mon - Sun (Retail Hour)
