Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for maintenance and operations of direct services, including occasional evening and weekend work.
- Support planning and coordination of events and programmes for children, youth, and families.
- Assist in administrative and logistic matters, such as budget maintenance, report preparation, and material procurement.
- Collaborate with community partners to maximize programme opportunities and resource sourcing.
- Create and design collaterals for programmes and services.
- Spearhead programme planning, execution, and evaluation (SPE).
- Manage and supervise volunteers, junior programme staff, and interns (SPE).
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Community Services.
- Minimum Degree, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or Community Services.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in coordinating programs (PE), 3-4 years (SPE).
- Experience in non-profit organizations is advantageous.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; preferably, knowledge in design and design tools like Photoshop, Wix, or Canva.
- Strong team player with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
