Job Description
- Develop effective volunteer managementstrategies and execute the full suite of tasks effectively.
- Manage volunteer recruitment, on boarding,training, support, welfare, motivation, recognition, retention andoff-boarding.
- Demonstrate the impact of programme on improvingclient’s health and well-being status
- Engage partnering volunteer groups onco-creating volunteer opportunities, including external organisations such asSSAs, GROs, SG Cares
- Assess effectiveness and sustainability ofengagement efforts in supporting objectives of CGH’s Population Health and/orHealthier SG programmes and initiatives
- Work as part of Healthier SG team to organise community events and support outreach activities
- Conduct regular engagement sessions with community partners to share, learn and document best practices
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3 years of relevantexperience in volunteer management
- Able to multi-task and handle concurrentprojects
- Good social and communication skills andcomfortable working with people from all walks of life
- Proactive and resourceful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
