Job Description
- Responsible for all drafting and preparation of drawings for projects, including schematic drawings, mounting details, cable routings, 3D drawings, etc using Revit/AUTO CAD
- Prepare drawings & BIM Modelling accurately according to the instructions/directions from the PM/PD for construction or building works.
- Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner.
- Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage.
- Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress.
- Development of mechanical & electrical systems and designs, co-ordinated building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.
- Able to adapt to other BIM Modelling Tools required in the Project
- Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
- Certificate in BIM Revit
- Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
- Able to work independent as well as a good team player.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.
