Role & Responsibility:
- Provide admin support to the Department Head and a team of Car Sales Executive.
- Plan, perform and follow up administrative/ documentation procedures throughout entire care sales process till completion of delivery.
- Process car sales agreement, loan, trade-in, and insurance applications.
- Verify and ensure proper document for smooth handling and taking over of the vehicles.
- Submit information and documents to banks/financial institutions for loan approval and follow up.
- Attend to customer enquiry and provide/advise on appropriate loan or trade-in solutions and alternatives in timely manner.
- Work closely with Finance department to ensure proper documentations are submitted on time.
- Any other ad-hoc matters as assign
Requirements:
- Diploma in business, administration, or any discipline
- 2-3 years working experience in administrative, sales & marketing or office operations
- Working experience in automobile industry will be an added advantage
- Proficient in MS office with good Excel knowledge, and be sensitive with numbers
- Meticulous, eyes for details; a team player as well as able to work independently
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
