Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for process of MOM Work Passes (WP, S Pass, EP)
- Arrange and registration of employees’ courses
- Submit claims and update claim record
- Advertise, search and schedule candidates for interview
- Handling of administration and record-keeping documentation
- Prepare employment contract
- Leave & Attendance records
- Support daily administration / operations matters
- Prepare dailly Staff Attendance via eHR system for payroll and report
- Assist in payroll computation
- Handling of mailroom matters
- Handling of cheques/cash depository
- Handling of any staffs welfare stuffs such as office refreshment, stationery etc.
- Assist with any other general administrative functions of the Company
Requirements:
- Min Diploma and/or Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good working and learning attitude
- Team player
