Job Description:
- Provide administrative support for conveyancing matters including sale and purchase, mortgage, refinancing, and redemption.
- Conduct e-lodgement, e-stamping, and searches.
- Prepare conveyancing documentation.
- Communicate with clients, banks, and other parties attendant to the conveyancing process.
- Assist with filing, record-keeping, and monitoring of deadlines.
- Perform clerical duties such as scheduling of appointments and meetings; collating and organising data and documents.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years’ experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work well under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
