Job Details:
- Working Days & Hours: 5 Days (Monday to Friday), 8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
- Monthly Base Salary: Up to $3,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations for internal and external storage, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate and manage daily system and warehouse operations with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accuracy in Goods Receipt (GR) / Goods Issue (GI) records.
- Handle import and export shipment activities to prevent storage issues at ports, while providing monthly inventory reports for all stock at our premises and 3rd party warehouses.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management and ensure warehouse cleanliness and tidiness, upholding optimal working conditions.
- Implement safety protocols and risk assessments to create a secure work environment for colleagues and visitors, including conducting annual stock takes and sample stock takes as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse operations.
- Possession of Forklift License will be advantageous.
