IVVQ Manager (Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification Manager)

We are looking for an IVVQ Manager (Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification Manager). This role involves overseeing the integration of various components or systems, verifying that they meet specified requirements, validating their functionality, and ensuring their qualification for deployment or use.


Job Description:

The IVVQ Manager coordinates activities related to testing, quality assurance, and compliance to ensure that the final product meets both technical and regulatory standards. They may also be responsible for managing teams, resources, schedules, and reporting on progress to project stakeholders.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Defines Integration strategy, establishes requirements related to IVV activities and performs associated cost estimate and schedule
  • Ensure Solution Integration is performed by team.
  • Propose IVV scenarios and guaranties their implementation.
  • Coordinates IVVQ activities, establishes priorities and integration logical diagrams, conducts tests in factory and on site, supports acceptance as well as commissioning, analyses results and transmits them to development teams.
  • Provide associated documentation, according to internal processes

Requirements and Skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or related discipline
  • Experience working within a Systems Engineering lifecycle
  • Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a Senior Engineering role
  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience in IT/security/C2/defence related projects from a Systems Engineering perspective
  • Experience into to testing, quality assurance, and compliance to ensure that the final product meets both technical and regulatory standards.
  • Good knowledge on how large projects are managed
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong liaison and stakeholders management skills
  • Strong motivation to be involved in all phases of a project life cycle, from bids to project completion
