Responsibilities:
- Manage & process transactions/queries/dispute relating to erroneous funds transfer (recall/return of funds)
- Ensure request are attended to on timely manner and closed within the defined turnaround time
- Respond to internal & external queries timely and efficiently
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal SOP
- Administrative work such as archival, retrieval of document, filing, updating of tracker etc
Requirements:
-Qualification or experience in related field.
-Experienced in banking and financial sector preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
