Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
- Ensuring and upholding the service image at all times.
- Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
- Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
- Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.
- Perform invoice closing.
- Preparation of quotation when required.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Engineering) with 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license
- Experience in Customer Service Roles is preferred
- Possesses sound technical knowledge of cars will be an added advantage
- Candidates who have prior experience in Automobile industry will have an added advantage
- Paya Lebar, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Alternate Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm
