Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Sub-contractors for all addition and alteration (A&A) work
- Plan, organize, co-ordinate and implement A&A work timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client's requirement
- Liaise with sub-contractor and vendor for quotations and purchase orders
- Evaluate project requirements and generate feasible proposals for work completion
- Liaise with client's appointed officer on all issues related to the A&A and project work
- Preparation and submission of shop drawings, point schedule, materials, write-ups, and other necessary items for approval
- Track and manage project progress and submit progress claims
- Lead, coordinate, and execute testing & commissioning works for A&A works with proper documentation
- Conduct site surveys, attend meetings on-site, evaluate installation progress on-site
- To arrange and provide servicing & maintenance works for active sites
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
- At least 1~3 years of working experience in construction or retrofit project in BMS/ACMV/Electrical/ELV
- Good knowledge of Building Services (BMS, ACMV or Electrical or ELV) and project management
- Proactive individual who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills
- Able to multi-task and achieve deliverables on schedule
- Able to generate project reports via Word, Excel, Powerpoint
