Job Description
- Manage Bi-Monthly payroll processing.
- In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment, and administration
- Coordinate the orientation process for new hires.
- Application, renewal, and cancellation of Employment passes.
- Arrange and coordinate the resigned staff handover
- Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
- General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter etc.
- Other government related matters - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government, and training grant.
- Perform general administrative duties including office equipment maintenance.
- Manage office stationery and supplies.
- General admin duties.
- Any other duties/works as assigned by superiors.
