Job Description

  • Manage Bi-Monthly payroll processing.
  • In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment, and administration
  • Coordinate the orientation process for new hires.
  • Application, renewal, and cancellation of Employment passes.
  • Arrange and coordinate the resigned staff handover
  • Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
  • General HR administration, such as preparation of employment letters, confirmation letter etc.
  • Other government related matters - IR8A, IR21, tax clearance, government, and training grant.
  • Perform general administrative duties including office equipment maintenance.
  • Manage office stationery and supplies.
  • General admin duties.
  • Any other duties/works as assigned by superiors.
