Responsibilities:
· Performs and coordinates guest check in upon arrival and check out during departure.
· Daily maintenance of documentations and updating of property management system efficiently.
· Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth-flowing of operations.
· Ensure that all guest complaints and inquiries are handled promptly and satisfactorily.
· Supervise a team of Guest Service Officers, ensuring work procedures in accordance to SOP.
· Perform other related tasks assigned by Duty Manager or Head of Department.
Requirements:
· Possess A Levels, O Levels or Diploma Hotel/ Tourism Management.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in the similar capacity or in a supervisory position.
· Customer orientated and good communications skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Knowledge of Opera Property Management System would be an added advantage.
· Must be able to perform on 3 rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
