- Provide echnical/ facilities support
- Carry out preventive, breakdown maintenance and ensuring smooth operation equipment.
- Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services including changing of light bulbs, doors, cabinets, carpet, and bulletin boards. Paint interior and exterior walls and cabinets, hang wallpaper and pictures, assemble furniture, Replace washers, faucets and seals on malfunctioning plumbing equipment, repair leaky faucets and clean clogged drains, and electrical works etc.
- Responsible for alerting the Technician Supervisor/Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
- Maintain and conduct routine checks on equipment and air-conditioning, etc.
- Maintain a professional courteous manner with all clients, contractors, and fellow colleagues.
- Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
