Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage team of production operators in the line
- Understand the origin and destination of Company's products and goods
- Fulfill the output quantity for daily shipment
- Schedule and create production output plan and shipment plan
- Ensure products follow customers' quality specifications
- Training of production operators and making sure production team follow instructions
- Maintaining motivation and discipline within the team
- Communicate effectively with operators
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in manufacturing is required for this position.
- Good in management, lean manufacturing and quality first concept.
- Willing to be hands-on
- Willing to assume leadership and responsibility in meeting shipment deadlines
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
- Bilingual candidates have greater advantage
