You don't need to have MICE experience to work with us. We're looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial self-starters with a strong sense of ownership, passion and curiosity, driven by our values of care, ownership, trust, passion and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our production kitchen and F&B Partners.
- Pest control and cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control and cleaning contractor service schedule.
- Work closely with Chief Culinary Officer for pest control, suppliers, food safety committee, F&B partners and recommend corrective measures to all food and hygiene related matters.
- Assist to enforce food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with SFA regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the status of SFA Food Handlers' Food Hygiene Certificates.
- Assist in implementation of 5S System with all Partners related to Food Safety and Hygiene related issues.
- To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP and Halal requirement of all Food and Hygiene matters.
- Any other duties and projects as assigned by reporting officer.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of working experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Check (QC) experience in F&B industry is required.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Pest Control Inspection / HACCP/ 5S Knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Analytical with a keen sense of observation.
- Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, self-motivated and systematic.
- Bi-lingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and respective associates.
